Monthly hours = (monthly movements × minutes per movement ÷ 60) + monthly audit hours. Annual cost = monthly hours × hourly cost × 12. Workload bands are informational: light is up to 4 hours/month, moderate is over 4 and up to 12, and high is over 12. This is a baseline estimate based only on your inputs; it does not assume a fixed saving from any product.
