Terms of Service for InvyMate

Welcome to InvyMate.com ("InvyMate", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvyMate, a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help teams and organizations manage, track, and collaborate on physical assets across multiple locations. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Organization Accounts: Authorized administrators may create an account to manage their organization’s asset workspace.
• Team Access: Organization admins may invite team members to collaborate within the workspace under defined permissions.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including interference with other users or system operations.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that any data you input into the platform (e.g., asset records, team contacts) is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of others.

• Asset Tracking: Manage items, categories, locations, sessions, and audit trails.
• Collaboration Tools: Work with team members on assignments, inventory logs, and historical records.
• Subscription Platform Only: InvyMate does not handle or process payments related to assets tracked on the platform. Any financial transactions between users or external parties are outside the scope of our service.
• Subscription Fees: Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing is managed by Paddle. See our Refund Policy for more information.

• Availability: We aim to maintain reliable access, but scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
• No Warranty: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvyMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform.

• User Content: You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring it is lawful and accurate.
• Platform IP: All intellectual property rights in the InvyMate platform, including its software, branding, and design, remain the exclusive property of InvyMate or its licensors.

Our handling of personal and organizational data is described in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Deletion Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in those documents.

• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request to our support team.
• Suspension or Termination by InvyMate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or operational risk to the platform.
• Data Erasure: Upon termination of your account, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, where InvyMate is legally registered. Disputes shall be resolved under Serbian jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical or service-related disputes promptly via our support channels.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
