Your Privacy Matters
At InvyMate, we are committed to protecting your personal data and honoring your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may request permanent erasure under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR).
How to Request Data Deletion
1. Prepare Your Request
Please include the following information to help us locate and process your request:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your InvyMate account
- A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and data
2. Submit Your Request
Send your deletion request to: support@invymate.com
3. Verification and Confirmation
We may contact you to verify your identity or confirm ownership of the account. Once verified, we will confirm the start of the deletion process by email.
4. Processing Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 5 business days. You will receive a final confirmation once your data has been erased from active systems.
Scope of Deletion
What Will Be Deleted
- Your user account and all personally identifiable information
- Any tenant workspace data you created (if you are the workspace owner)
- Assignment and inventory history associated with your identity
What May Be Retained
- System logs and anonymized analytics that do not identify you
- Backups retained for disaster recovery, which are securely purged after a rolling 30-day period
Important Notes
Before You Request Deletion
- Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once completed, your account and tenant data cannot be restored.
- If you manage a workspace, all items, people, and history within it will also be deleted.
- If you need help exporting your data before deletion, email support@invymate.com before submitting your request.
Effective Date
This policy is effective as of July 1, 2025.
