Analytics Overview
InvyMate analytics helps operators answer one question quickly: what needs attention now.
What it is
Analytics in InvyMate combines:
- Dashboard cards (high-level state)
- Trend widgets (direction over time)
- Report tables (operational detail)
It is designed for lifecycle and operations, not accounting-grade BI.
Who it’s for
- Owners and Admins monitoring inventory execution
- IT/office operators running lifecycle and maintenance workflows
- Teams that need exportable operational reporting
What you can track
Common analytics/reporting areas:
- Asset status distribution and changes over time
- Asset lifecycle attention indicators
- Maintenance due/overdue and completion activity
- Inventory check/session outcomes and scan progress
- Assignment and unassignment history
- Replacement and loss visibility (age, warranty risk, long-assigned, repeated missing)
How to use it
- Open Analytics.
- Use dashboard cards to identify priority areas.
- Open report views to inspect assets/events behind each metric.
- Apply filters (status, date range, location, etc.).
- Export CSV when you need external sharing.
Replacement and loss dashboard
The Replacement & Loss dashboard focuses on two quick stakeholder questions:
- What should we replace next quarter?
- Where are we losing items?
It includes:
- age buckets and oldest assets table
- warranty expiry 30/60/90 and expiring assets table
- long-assigned thresholds and long-assigned table
- missing-rate trends by location/category and repeatedly unscanned assets table
Each table supports CSV export.
Weekly digest
InvyMate can send a weekly email digest to active Owners/Admins with:
- warranty expiring soon counts
- long-assigned asset count
- repeat-missing hotspots by location/category
- delivery only for tenants in
free, trialing, oractivestatus - direct Open workspace link for the tenant
- per-user opt-out via Profile → Weekly analytics digest email
Interpretation tips
- Dashboard = current posture
- Trend widgets = trajectory (improving vs degrading)
- Reports = exact rows/events to act on
Use all three together: detect → investigate → resolve.
Plan availability
- Analytics dashboards and reports are available on Team and Pro plans.
