Trash retention

Deleted supported records are retained in Trash for 3 days before permanent deletion.

History and audit visibility

Inventory sessions, history, and audit records remain available in the workspace so your team can review past activity and follow-up work.

Workspace deletion

Workspace deletion is a destructive action. Before deleting a workspace:

• export any data you need to keep
• confirm no one on the team still needs access to the records
• review account settings and integrations that depend on the workspace

API key safety

Recommended practices:

• Store API keys in a secret manager
• Rotate keys on personnel changes
• Revoke unused keys
