How it works

1. Create a schedule.
2. Set the name, cadence, start date, and scope.
3. Decide whether retired assets should be included.
4. Activate the schedule.
5. Let InvyMate generate sessions ahead of time, or use Run now when you need one immediately.

When to use schedules

Schedules work well when you already know the audit rhythm your team needs, such as:

• monthly high-value device checks
• quarterly office or site audits
• annual fixed-asset verification
