Inventory Schedules

Schedules automatically generate inventory sessions on a recurring cadence.

Where it lives

Open Inventory Checks → Schedules (/inventory-checks/schedules).

Supported cadences (current UI)

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Half-Year
• Yearly

How it works

1. Create a schedule
2. Set:
   • name
   • interval (cadence)
   • first session date
   • generate-ahead window (days)
   • location (or All)
   • include-all-statuses toggle (or exclude retired)
   • active toggle
3. The system generates sessions ahead of time (based on the window)
4. You can also “Run now” to generate a session immediately
